Ensuring that learner’s needs are assessed
Ensure the specification of the technology meets the learner’s needs
Ensure the technology is easy to use, accessible and assists. Does it make a difference?
Support is provided throughout the installation and ongoing support is provided
Correct training is provided
Technology is running and correct – no downtime!
