Assistive technology training is provided in my organisation through a variety of different ways according to what suits the student best. 24/7 IT support is available by phone/email/video chat / text chat. Training is provided in print and audio material and is divided over several sessions. If training is provided face-to-face one-to-one – there is a charge for this being delivered either in the student’s home or at a study centre.
